Challenge: A plush toy manufacturing start-up was behind plan. Sales numbers were down and the fall-winter gifting seasons were right around the corner. They needed effective, targeted holiday campaigns underway with no time to waste.

Approach: I designed a repeatable, multi-channel campaign structure and unique assets for each of the fall-winter holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine’s Day). By analyzing website data, I pinpointed where conversions were dropping off and then optimized the website to close those gaps. Lastly, I refreshed the brand and the website to have stronger appeal with parents, feature promotions and highlight how the company differs from competitors.

Results: Sales increased by 15% over the previous holiday season.
