Turning Client Stories into a Scalable Growth Lever

Full-scale execution tied to revenue

CONTEXT

Fremont Bank’s brand was built on supporting clients, but that value was mostly expressed through company-centric messaging.

Beer Baron, a multi-location bar-restaurant and client of the bank, was looking to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

The goal of the campaign was to give Fremont Bank’s ad space to a client—using the bank’s platform to promote Beer Baron while indirectly reinforcing the bank’s role as a partner.

INSIGHT

By elevating clients, the company builds credibility, trust, and engagement more effectively than self-promotion.

The highest leverage comes from:

  1. Shifting attention from the institution to the customer

  2. And, in so doing, capturing brand value as well.

SOLUTION

We designed a client-first storytelling campaign using Beer Baron’s growth as the core narrative:

  • Centered the story entirely on the client’s journey (from a single cooler to a multimillion-dollar business)

  • Used the bank’s platform to amplify the client, not itself

  • Positioned the bank implicitly as the enabler behind that success

EXECUTION

  • Led the creation of a narrative-driven video that made the client story compelling and shareable

  • Used Fremont Bank’s owned channels to scale distribution

  • Designed the campaign flow to convert attention into measurable engagement with the landing page

RESULTS

  • Impressions, landing page views, and engagement rate reached 2x+ above target

  • Thousands of users clicked through to the landing page

  • Increased visibility for both Beer Baron and Fremont Bank
